Our automatic controls are designed to work without fail and without the need for constant monitoring. From maintaining temperatures in refrigerators and cold rooms, to managing compressor oil levels, Henry ® components reliably control critical functions based on any pre-set parameters.
With advanced EC technology and superior bearing design, Henry ® fan motors are rugged and reliable. Engineered with improved thermoplastic materials, our fan motors are lighter and stronger than conventional models, resulting in increased energy savings.
We’ve designed our filter driers, desiccants and filter media to provide superior moisture and particulate removal while maintaining excellent flow. All Henry ® filters and driers must pass independent tests for flow capacity under ARI conditions, assuring your systems are continuously clean and dry, increasing energy efficiency.
The flow controls that we design satisfy a variety of functions, from isolating system parts for maintenance, to remotely controlling flow or flow direction. We’ve created our flow controls to be highly energy efficient, by combining functionality with a low pressure drop.
Henry ® ’s heat exchangers remove heat from the sub-cooled liquid line, then transfer that heat to increase superheat on the suction line. Our design substantially improves compressor efficiency and prevents flash gas in the liquid line, delivering up to a 13% increase in COP.
For more than 90 years, Henry ® ’s copper and brass fittings have been the gold standard, worldwide. All our components are made with exacting tolerances unique to the general market, and are fully compliant with ISO 5149 pressure ratings. Our new K65 copper tube and fittings are rated to 130 Bar and are suitable for CO2 transcritical systems. Discharge mufflers and vibration eliminators complete the line.
Known for our patented helical oil separator, the Henry ® pressure vessel line now includes a new range of coalescing separators that use a revolutionary filtration media, prolonging running time and preventing “blowouts.” From liquid receivers and accumulators to oil reservoirs, all of our pressure vessels meet CE, UL/ASME, AS1210 and TSG codes, including the customized vessels we make on request.
Henry ® safety devices include our X-series valves, capable of limiting blow down to less than 15%, which ensures safe pressure control, reducing the loss of expensive and environmentally damaging refrigerant. Our unique sentry system is fully compliant with ISO 5149 and EN 378, and the addition of pressure switches and tell tales can further enhance the protection delivered by the system. Our entire safety device line complies with global pressure vessel codes.
Our system indicators closely monitor levels, flow and humidity to optimize performance. Henry ® ’s level switches use infrared technology to detect liquid levels in vessels and compressors. Our level probes provide a real-time feedback of liquid refrigerant levels within the liquid receiver, alerting when levels are unexpectedly low, which could signal a leak or system failure.
Every service technician knows the importance of the right tool for the job. Henry ® service tools are an example of the robustness and design considerations which put the service technician at the heart of the design solution. For example, the Henry ® CO2 charging kit provides fast charging using high density liquid, metered at the right flow rate, to complete a full system charge on a cascade system in minutes; charge up and move on.
